Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Dynamgreenai collects, uses, and protects personal data when you read our notes or contact us.
Dynamgreenai ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. This Privacy Policy sets out, in plain language, how we treat information connected to your use of this website. It applies to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the "GDPR") and the Dutch implementation thereof.

- Address: Damrak 77, 1012 LM Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Telephone: +31 20 808 4600

If you have any question about this policy or about how your data is handled, you are welcome to use any of the channels above. We will respond to genuine requests within the timeframes required by law.
2. Scope of this policy
This website is an independent reading library offering general, educational content about unwinding before bed. We are not a health provider and we do not process special categories of data about your health. This policy covers the limited personal data that arises when you browse the site, adjust your cookie preferences, or send us a message through the contact form.
It does not cover third-party websites that we may reference from time to time. Where an external resource is mentioned, its own privacy practices apply, and we encourage you to read them.
3. What personal data we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you interact with the site, the following categories may be processed:
- Contact details you provide. When you complete the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message content you choose to enter, together with the fact that you ticked the consent box.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting environment may automatically log limited technical information such as your browser type, approximate region, and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Preference data. Your cookie choices are stored locally in your browser so that we can remember them on your next visit.
We do not ask for, and request that you do not send, sensitive personal information through the contact form. The form is intended for general questions and feedback only.
4. Why we use your data
We use the limited data described above for clearly defined purposes:
- To read and respond to the messages you send us.
- To keep the website secure, available, and working as intended.
- To remember your cookie preferences between visits.
- To understand, in aggregate and only with your consent, how our reading corners are used so we can improve them.
We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build marketing profiles about you.
5. Legal grounds for processing
Under the GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)). For optional analytics or marketing cookies, and for using the details in your message to reply to you.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). For keeping the website secure and operating reliably, balanced carefully against your rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Where we must retain certain records to comply with applicable law.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Contact messages are generally kept for up to twelve months after our correspondence ends, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Technical security logs are typically retained for a short period, usually no longer than a few months.
- Cookie preferences remain in your browser until they expire or you clear them, and are described further in our Cookie Policy.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it securely or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you.
7. Sharing your data and our processors
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for the independent marketing purposes of others. We may rely on carefully selected service providers ("processors") who help us run the website, such as a hosting provider or, where enabled, an analytics service. These providers act on our documented instructions and are bound by appropriate contractual safeguards.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a valid request from a competent authority.
8. International transfers
We prefer providers that store data within the European Economic Area. Where a transfer outside the EEA is unavoidable, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, for example by relying on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
9. How we protect your data
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the website, access controls on systems that hold data, and a principle of collecting only what we genuinely need. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low and to respond promptly if an issue arises.
10. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data in certain circumstances;
- ask us to restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
11. Children
This website is intended for an adult, general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date shown above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
